The plan of action will make full use of existing resources and means, strengthen the linkage between ministries and provinces, support the construction of new industrial demonstration bases and other work, and support qualified regions to give full play to their resource advantages, cultivate a number of leading artificial intelligence enterprises and explore the construction of artificial intelligence industrial agglomeration areas. The formation of big data, the innovation of theoretical algorithms, the improvement of computing capacity and the evolution of network facilities drive the development of artificial intelligence into a new stage, and intelligence has become an important direction for the development of technology and industry. Artificial intelligence has a significant spillover effect, which will further drive the progress of other technologies and push the overall breakthrough of strategic emerging industries. It is becoming a new driving force for advancing supply-side structural reform, a new opportunity to revitalize the real economy, and a new engine for building a manufacturing power and a cyber power. Guided by market demand, we will actively cultivate innovative products and services of artificial intelligence, promote the industrialization of artificial intelligence technology, and promote the integrated application of intelligent products in industries, medical care, transportation, agriculture, finance, logistics, education, culture and tourism. We will develop intelligent control products, accelerate breakthroughs in key technologies, develop and apply a number of intelligent devices featuring complex environmental perception, intelligent human-computer interaction, flexible and accurate control, real-time group collaboration and other features, meet the requirements of high availability, high reliability and security, and improve the ability of equipment to handle complex, unexpected and extreme situations. Cultivate intelligent understanding products, accelerate the development and industrialization of core technologies such as pattern recognition, intelligent semantic understanding and intelligent analysis and decision-making, support the design of a number of intelligent and reliable intelligent understanding products or modules, and optimize the supply structure of intelligent systems and services. (1) intelligent networked cars. (7) intelligent translation system. We will take the lead in the following areas:
(1) intelligent sensors. Support the research and development of key technologies such as miniaturization and reliability design, precision manufacturing, integrated development tools and embedded algorithms, and support the development and application of intelligent sensors based on new requirements, new materials, new processes and new principles.
